Conference Registration

Registration is as easy as 1-2-3-4! Please choose ONE of the following registration options:

1. Fax it!

Download, print and fill in the Conference registration form. Then simply fax it to (626) 256-6635. It’s that easy!

2. Mail it!

Download, print and fill in the registration form. Then simply mail the form, with your check or complete credit card information, to CASC, P.O. Box 1647, Duarte, CA 91009-4647.

3. Use a Purchase Order! Download the form!

Purchase orders are accepted for three or more registrants only*. Please have each conference attendee complete a registration form, enter the purchase order information, and then either mail or fax to:

4. Online Registration – The fastest way! - Register for Conference

This online registration option allows you to INSTANTLY register for the 2008 California Conference in Anaheim. Please note that you will receive an email receipt with membership information within 10 minutes of registering.
