2012 CASC Scholarship Program
The California Association of School Counselors has created the CASC Scholarship Program to assist students with their post-secondary education. The following scholarship opportunities are now available:
Make a Video - Win a Scholarship
CASC will conduct a scholarship competition that will require high school seniors to create a short video (3 minute max.) about how their school counselor assisted them with an academic issue, a career development issue, or a personal/social issue. We will post the winning videos on our website in hopes that they can be used to help you advocate for your school counseling program. The school counselor referred to in the scholarship competition must be a member of CASC. If you are not a member but would like your student to be eligible to participate, join CASC
How has your school counselor encouraged you in one or more of the following three areas: career development, educational planning, and/or during a social/emotional challenge? Create a video that shows how your school counselor encouraged you.
